CONNECTIONS MANAGEMENT GROUP offers specially selected private apartments, HOTELS, houses, and cottages to holiday travelers and to business people going to London, Australia, and Paris. We at Connections firmly believe that our properties are the superior alternative to the average sterile and often exorbitantly expensive hotel rooms. To be in a European city in a private residence offers an opportunity to experience accommodations that are filled with personal charm, fine antiques, and wonderful art - all in outstanding locations.
EXPERIENCE AND RELIABILITY are the keys to our success. The owners of this company began working with private flat rentals in 1985 when they decided to rent their own properties in central London. As the demand for these flats grew, friends began to offer their London properties through our company. Sixteen years and thousands of reservations later we continue to experience rapid growth and now manage over 400 private flats. This success is due to the teamwork between great owners, excellent clientele, and a staff that cares and works hard to organize successful stays for our clients.
A UNIQUE COMPANY, We have well over twenty-five years experience in vacation planning, property management, and working with groups traveling to Europe. Because we have offices in the United States as well as in various cities in Europe, you are assured the best coordination possible. We work together from a very extensive and detailed database that allows staff, owners, and clients to view and edit various details concerning availability and reservation details.
HOW IT WORKS

Because we have found the Internet to be the best way for you to become familiar with our company and our properties, we have provided all relevant information online. You can search for available properties by visiting our homepage at www.ConnectionsMG.com . Once there, you can also read letters from past clients or log on to view your reservation details.
When you select "Search for Available Properties," you will be guided through a series of search criteria that will provide you with a selection of apartments matching your requirements. This database allows you to be very specific about the type of property you are looking for, or you can leave particular search fields blank to view a selection of flats in several different categories. However, please note that you will need both arrival and departure dates to obtain a valid list of available properties. Clicking on the street name will allow you to view details and photos of each flat. From this screen you can proceed to reserve the property of your choice.

Once you have viewed our properties online, please select the accommodations which attract your attention. Because we are personally familiar with each of the properties, we will be happy to assist you make a decision or answer questions you may have. Click here to search for available properties
With the selection made, what then?

Once the selection has been made, we can complete your reservation one of two ways: over the phone or online. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of the reservation, and your receipts will be sent within 3 business days of the booking. The receipt documents contain details of your reserved property (phone number, address, etc.), contact information in the city of your destination, as well as other helpful travel hints.

What does the client pay?

The client is responsible for 50% deposit at time of booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. The price quoted is the total charge. There are NO clean-out fees, VAT, sales tax, linen fees, or registration fees when booking with CONNECTIONS MANAGEMENT GROUP. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase.

What is our refund policy?

If the property can be re-booked for the time period of the cancelled booking, the full amount paid is returned less $150 service charge. If the property cannot be rebooked, there is no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance. The London Connection will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We also offer cancellation insurance for 6.5% of the cost of the reservation.

What happens in London?

We strongly suggest that all clients use the airport pickup service to guarantee a smooth arrival. The driver will meet you at the INFORMATION BOOTH after you come through customs at either Heathrow or Gatwick airports. The driver knows the flats very well and communicates with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the flat. Connection Management Group can arrange this pickup service for you. The cost for the service is a flat rate of 55 POUNDS from Heathrow and 85 POUNDS from Gatwick. Payment for this service is paid to the driver at time of service. Previous clients often include their praises for this service in their many letters to us upon their return home. You may also book their van for full-day tours. **Please note weekend and after 5 pm arrivals must use the airport pickup service.

The Flat Hostess

When the driver arrives at the flat, a London staff member will be there to greet you. They have the keys and will orient you to the property and will inspect the property to be sure that it is ready for your visit. The London staff can answer any question you may have at the time of your arrival.

Departure

Checkout time is 10:00 am; exceptions can be arranged, but not guaranteed. A London staff member will arrange a checkout appointment when you are let-in to the property. At the time of departure, the flat should be left in good condition. You are not responsible for cleaning the property upon departure. The London staff member will notify CONNECTIONS MANAGEMENT GROUP of any damage to the flat during your stay.
