Near St. James Square, in the most amazing location, this company offers a fine one bedroom flat. The property is just below Jermyn Street and St. James's church. Fortnum and Mason is three minutes away. A visitor can walk to St. James's Palace in five minutes, to Buckingham Palace in eight minutes. For art lovers, the Royal Academy is just two streets away on Piccadilly. All the shopping along Jermyn Street is immediate. Piccadilly Circus is ten minutes away, and Leicester Square is ten minutes from the flat. The tube station PICCADILLY CIRCUS is 8 minutes walk, and taxis are everywhere. PERFECT. The accommodation itself is on the first floor of a purpose-built building--a one floor walk-up, and there is a lift. The property has just been refurbished throughout. A lounge has sofa, good lighting, coffee table, comfort chair, and a kitchen area at one end. Everything is new. There is a good double bed in a small bedroomstudio (because it is not set off with doors) with excellent storage at one end. The brand new bathroom has a good shower, sink, and loo--very good quality. This property is excellent for two persons who wish to be right in the heart of one of the best areas of London.
