AN OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY. Palace Street is immediately next to Buckingham Palace, the Royal Mews. This is an outstanding flat. The St. James's, Belgravia area of London is without question the finest London address. Your neighbor on one side is the Queen and all the beautiful properties on the other sides of the flat are also lovely. You are just across the street form THE ROYAL MEWS and THE QUEEN'S GALLERY. The famous facade of Buckingham Palace is just around the corner--PERFECT. St. James Park is two minutes up the road, and The Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are 10 minutes from the property. For those who will enjoy a 15-minute walk, you can be to Trafalgar Square in one direction and Green Park in the other. You will be to Victoria Station in five minutes. An excellent sandwich shop is moments away, and the Queen's Gift Shop is on the ground floor. Restaurants and grocery stores are everywhere. Taxis are always available just downstairs. Victoria Station Tube Station is five minutes away, and Green Park Tube Station is 12 minutes from the property. In all regards, this location is perfect. The property on Palace Street is on the second floor with lift. The very nice lounge has a large black leather sofa with a matching leather foot rest, TV, and other comfortable seating--very nice. The master bedroom has a good queen size bed with good storage. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with nice shower stall, wash hand basin, and loo--all marble finished. The second bedroom has a second double bed with good storage. The second bathroom has a tub with shower, wash hand basin, and loo. The very nice kitchen has electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Enjoy the photos of this very nice flat positioned in an exceptional location. If I were planning a trip to London, I would definitely select this property. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with wireless router (802.llb/g) has been installed for those traveling with computers. Property is designated non-smoking.
