Living Room

This very well located flat has just been completely redone. It is located on Pond Place, just off the Fulham Road, just two blocks from the South Kensington Tube Station. Pond Place is a small street with period buildings all around. Excellent shopping and restaurants are immediate. Some of the most exclusive South Kensington shops are in the neighborhood. The King's Road is a five minute walk, and the Piccadilly line is five minutes in the other direction. It is perfect. The flat has just been done up. The flat is a comfortable, charming standard. It is on the second floor (small walk-up) in a very good building. The views from the flat are balconies of flowers and an open inner yard. Inside the flat, there is a nice lounge with comfortable furnishings. The real asset is there is a balcony which has access through a sliding glass door. There is a master bedroom with a queen size (5 feet wide) bed and good storage. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small closet. There is one bathroom with sink, loo, and shower stall--all just redone. The kithen has hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and microwave--very good quality. This flat is an excellent accommodation done to a good standard. It is an incredible value for a family or group of up to four persons wanting to be in a great location. Excellent value.
