This fabulous flat is famous! Woody Allen's movie PARLIAMENT VIEW was filmed here, and EUROPEAN VACATION, the roundabout scene, was filmed just in front of Parliament View. The location is amazing with the beautiful Albert Embankment and the River Thames in front of you. The living room and three bedrooms have views over the Thames to Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and to the London Eye. It is a panorama of immense beauty; all London is right there. At night, the lighted city and the facade of the Parliament buildings with lighted Big Ben are memorable. The lighted LONDON EYE at night, colors changing continually, is an amazing scene. The Archbishop of Canterbury lives in Lambeth Palace next to Parliament View. Cross Lambeth Bridge, with all the fabulous views up and down the river, and wander through the gardens of Parliament to Parliament Square and Westminster Abbey/St. Margaret's Church. Westminster Tube Station is about a 12-minute walk, all historical settings everywhere. The London Eye is ten minutes away, The Hungerford Bridge just beyond London Eye with easy access to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. When considering the quality of the building itself, the size of the facility (6 persons), the location, and the views over London, it is an outstanding selection for a trip to London.
