Living Room

If it is your goal to be absolutely in the center of London, walking distance to absolutely everything, this is the flat. Craig Court is moments from Trafalgar Square and minutes from the center of Covent Garden and all the theatre. Trafalgar Square is one of the most beautiful squares in the world: The National Gallery, Nelson's Column, St. Martin's in the Field, on and on. It is simply amazing. If you are a theatre person, you can walk to Covent Garden in 5 minutes. (Even though just inside Whitehall, it is more the flavor of Covent Garden here.) Five minutes to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, the River Thames, etc. This property uses both Leicester Square Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) and Embankment Tube Station (Bakerloo, District, Circle, and Northern Line--all in one station! --perfect!). Taxis are everywhere, and the busses are constantly available. It is simply amazing. The property itself is large and comfortable for 2/3 people. The living room has high ceilings with two very large windows guaranteeing constant light. One has a full view of London just out the window. There are large leather sofas with chase lounge and comfortable furnishings (a third person could sleep on the sofa). The large flat screen television dominates the room with cable TV. At one end of the room, there is a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave. The queen-size bed in the master bedroom is to the back of the apartment. There is a second TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo. Wood flooring throughout. The accommodation has use of a communal patio which is large. Members of Parliament live in the building, so you might hear interesting discussions at the patio at any time. The property is on the first floor, up one floor from the ground floor. There is a lift. Considering size, location, and comfort, this is a wonderful selection.
