Sloane Avenue is a very convenient location in Chelsea. The Avenue runs from the Brompton Road on the top and the King's Road on the bottom, right through Chelsea, a short distance from Sloane Square. All the shopping, restaurants, clubs of Knightsbridge are very close as are the shops along the King's Road. The South Kensington tube station on the Piccadilly Line is conveniently located at the top of the road. For those traveling in groups and seeking second and third properties to complete housing for their party, both Draycott Place properties are less than 3/5 minutes away. This property is in a small, secure contemporary building with elevators to this flat on the second floor. The accommodation has been very popular for the past ten years. There is one double bedroom with queen size bed, a double bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out for one person in the lounge. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a hand held shower over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo. The second bathroom has a shower stall, wash hand basin, and loo. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, microwave, hob, and oven (no dishwasher). The lounge in comfortable and done in blues, and the dining area will seat five persons. This is a very nice apartment, wonderfully positioned in Chelsea at an amazingly modest price. For up to five persons traveling to London for either business or holiday could not find a better property for this standard. It is simply a good choice. Nice. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with wireless router (802.llb/g) has been installed for those traveling with computers. For up to five persons--wow! Property is designated non-smoking.
