Living Room
This fine two bedroom property is an outstanding accommodation for four people traveling to London for a holiday or for business. The flat is done to a very comfortable standard with lovely decorative items throughout. The living room is "English" in every sense of the word. Two large, comfortable blue sofas frame a decorative fireplace in a lounge filled with charm. The flat is reached by taking either the elevator or private staircase to the garden level. Even though the flat is on partial lower ground level at the front, it opens up onto a trellised patio, which has stairs up to the communal garden at the back. The garden square just behind and belonging to the flat is exquisite (excellent walking/running path in the gardens). The entire flat is amply lit with numerous windows, both front and back. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE bed; the second bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS (the virtual tour shows a double bed which is no longer accurate). Both bedrooms benefit from two en suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms have mounted showers over tubs, wash hand basins, and loos. There is a third toilet station in an additional half bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, and oven. In the large lounge, a dining table for six adds to the comfort of this lovely room. The Gloucester Road Tube station is 5 minutes away; Earls Court Tube Station is 2 minutes away--both right on the Piccadilly Line. Perfect! The building itself, located in picturesque Bramham Gardens, is a red brick period building, terribly charming, and beautifully maintained. This is a lovely property and highly recommended. When one walks into this flat, so well maintained and cared for, there is an immediate feeling of comfort and home. Such a good value, especially with a house maid each Friday morning who cares for the property itself. Enjoy the photos; they are lovely. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with wireless router (802.llb/g) has been installed for those traveling with computers. Property is designated non-smoking.
